First Bollywood Movie of Jaya Pradha

The first Bollywood movie of Jayapradha was Sargam, which was released on January 8th, 1979.

Sargam was a remake of the 1976 Telugu hit movie Siri Siri Muvva, in which Jayapradha had acted.

This film was a box office hit and made Jayapradha a star in Bollywood.

Her role in this movie also earned a  Filmfare nomination as Best Actress.
