Aarti Agarwal who made her debut in Bollywood had acted only one movie in Hindi. After that shew primarily worked in Tollywood.

Her first movie in Telugu was Navva Naaku Nachav, a romantic comedy film which was produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore  and directed by K.Vijaya Bhaskar.

This movie starred Venkatesh and Aarti Agarwal in lead roles.

This movie was released on 6 September 2001 and was a box office hit.
